<br /><br /><b><span style="color: red;">                                              मोही माग्ने ढुंग्रो लुकाउने !</span></b><br />प्रधानमन्त्री पुष्पकमल दाहाल 'प्रचण्ड' यतिखेर अत्यन्त अस्थिर देखिन्छन् । उनी यति उद्वेलित देखिएका छन् कि कतिखेर के गर्ने भन्ने नै ठम्याउन सकिरहेका छैनन् । यसै साताको सुरुमा उनी वीरगन्ज गए । राष्ट्रपति विद्या भण्डारी गएर उद्घाटन गरेको योग शिविरमा प्रधानमन्त्री प्रचण्ड किन गएका होलान् ? त्यसको सन्देश देश/विदेशमा के जान्छ ? न उनलाई यसबारे पर्वाह भएको देखियो न त उनका सल्लाहकार तथा पार्टी नेतृत्वले नै भेउ पाए ।<br />त्यसमाथि नांगा स्वामी रामदेवसँग सुट, टाई, कालोटोपी लगाएर र गम्छा काँधमा भिरेर पलेंटी कसेर दायाँ नाकको प्वाल बन्द गरेर बायाँ प्वालबाट स्वाँफ्वाँ गरेको देखियो । अहिले सञ्चारमाध्यम र सामाजिक सञ्जालमा भाइरल बनेको छ यो तस्बिर । सोमबार काठमाडौं विश्वविद्यालयपरिसर धुलिखेलमा पनि त्यस्तै हर्कत दोहोर्‌याए । त्यहाँ आयोजित दीक्षान्त समारोहमा चान्सलरको हैसियतमा उनी कार्यक्रममा सहभागी त भए तर कार्यक्रम नै नसकीकन हतारहतार महत्त्वपूर्ण काम छ भन्दै फर्किए । उनलाई हतार हुँदो हो त समयमै कार्यक्रम सकेर उनी फर्कन सक्थे किनभने दस बजे कार्यक्रममा उपस्थित गराइएका विद्यार्थी र तिनका अभिभावक घन्टौं प्रचण्डलाई कुरेर बस्न बाध्य बनाइएको थियो ।<br /><br />यी दुई प्रचण्ड रन्थनिइरहेका उदाहरण मात्र हुन् । उनका गतिविधिलाई मिहिन रूपमा केलाउने हो भने उनको छटपटी जतासुकै र जहिलेसुकै देखिनेछ । के गरौं, कसो गरौं ? कसरी अगाडि बढौं ? के निकास दिऊँ ? कुन बाटो हिँडौं ? के गरेर आफ्नो साख जोगाऔँ ? प्रचण्ड यही रफुचक्करमा रिँगिरहेका छन् । जसरी एउटा लक्ष लिएर हिँडेको डुंगालाई आँधीबेहरीले अन्यत्रै पुर्‌याइदिन थाल्यो भने त्यसको चालक नाभिक रनभुल्लमा पर्छ सायद प्रचण्डलाई त्यस्तै भएको छ ।<br /><br />आँधीले अन्यत्रै पुर्‌याइरहँदा नाभिक जसरी डुंगा समातेर हल्लिरहेको हुन्छ, प्रचण्ड त्यस्तै निरिह बनेर देश चलाइरहेका त छैनन् ? प्रचण्डको अवस्था ठ्याक्कै नाभिकको जस्तो पनि देखिँदैन, किनभने उनी जानाजान देशरूपी डुँगालाई भुमरीमा पुर्‌याउने असफल चालक सावित हुँदैछन् ।<br /><br />सत्ताको चाहनाले प्रचण्डलाई कहाँ पुर्‌यायो, पुर्‌यायो ? कहाँ जान हिँडेका प्रचण्ड कहाँ पुगे ? यसको चेतसमेत उनमा हराएजस्तो पो देखिन थाल्यो, एक विश्लेषकले भने । उनले आफैंसँग प्रश्न गरे, के प्रचण्डको सारतत्व नै बिलाइसकेको हो ? नबिलाउँदो हो त राजनेता बन्न खोजेको आफ्नो छविलाई उनले आफ्नै भूल र गलत कदमका कारण यसरी मटियामेट पार्न नलाग्नुपर्ने हो !<br /><br />हुन पनि प्रचण्ड राजनेता हुँदा हुन् त उनका निर्णय पनि राजनेताका जस्तै आमजनतालाई प्रभाव पार्ने, बाटो देखाउने, अगुवाइ गर्दै सबैलाई हिँडाउने हुनुपर्ने थियो । जिम्मेवारी, सौम्यता हुनुपर्ने नेता शून्यबराबरका देखिँदैछन् । एकपछि अर्को भूल दोहोर्‌याइरहेछन् । पाँचौं प्रदेशको नवलपरासी, रूपन्देही, कपिलवस्तु, दाङ, बाँके, बर्दियालाई बेग्लै राज्य बनाउने र पहाडका पाल्पा, अर्घाखाँची, गुल्मी, रुकुमको पूर्वी भाग, रोल्पा र प्युठानलाई प्रदेश नम्बर चारमा हालिदिने बहुलठीपूर्ण प्रदेश विखण्डनको विवादास्पद मस्यौदा लिएर देखा पर्ने थिएनन् ।<br /><br />जुन संविधान कार्यान्वयन नै हुन पाएको छैन, त्यो संशोधनको तुक के ? ठीक छ, कार्यान्वयनका क्रममा संविधान संशोधन गर्नुपर्ने अवस्था आयो भने गर्नु पनि पर्छ । संविधान संशोधन नै गर्नु हुन्न भन्ने होइन । तर कार्यान्वयन नै हुन नपाएको संविधान संशोधन गर्न खोज्नुको अर्थ लगाउँदै नलगाएको जुत्ताले खुट्टा दुखाउँछ भने जस्तो भएन र ?<br /><br />प्रचण्ड पाँचौं प्रदेशको भूल सच्याउने भनेर महाभूल गर्दैछन् । यसले उनी कहाँ गएर पछारिने हुन्, ठाउँ भन्न नसके पनि उनी नारायणहरि बन्ने पक्का छ तर उनले आफूसँगै सारा देशलाई लठिबज्र बनाएर गणतन्त्र, समावेशी र संघीयताको उपलब्धिलाई पनि खाल्डामा लगेर जाक्ने तरखरमा देखिन्छन् । सबैलाई चेतना होस्, यतिखेर मुलुक, दलहरूसँगै प्रचण्डलाई पनि जोगाउन जरुरी छ । प्रचण्ड र उनका हनुमानहरुको चेत खुलोस्, प्रचण्डले सही मार्ग समाते भने उनको उपयोगिता अझै यो मुलुकमा हुन सक्छ कि ? त्यसैले पाँचौं प्रदेशको बेतुक कदमबाट उनी मुक्त हुन र उनका सहयोगीले उनलाई मुक्त पार्न सहयोग पुर्‌याउनु नै उनीहरूको देशभक्ति र अझ प्रचण्डको सच्चा भक्ति हुन सक्छ !<br />एक समय थियो, कांग्रेसमा शैलजा आचार्य र चक्र बास्तोलालाई भारतको राजदूत बनाउने, एमालेमा सुशीलचन्द्र अमात्यलाई सांसदको पगरी झिकेर राजदूत बनाउने, प्रधानमन्त्रीका भाइ र ज्वाइँलाई वाणिज्य दूत बनाउने, फलानालाई डाइरेक्टर, फलानालाई योजना आयोगको उपाध्यक्ष बनाउने, राम्रो आयस्रोत हुने अड्डामा फलानाको छोरा÷छोरीलाई पठाउने जस्ता पारिवारिक, आर्थिक लाभका लागि बचकना निर्णय लिएर सिंगो राजनीतिक शक्ति, पद्धति र प्रणालीमै विश्वास गुम्ने खालका काम गरेजस्तै प्रचण्ड पनि पाँचौं प्रदेश टुक्र्याउने कुरा लिएर आएका छन्, जो समय सान्दर्भिक छैन ।<br />नेपालको स्वतन्त्रता, सार्वभौमिकता, भौगोलिक अखण्डता, राष्ट्रिय एकता, स्वाधीनता र स्वाभिमान र संघीय लोकतान्त्रिक गणतन्त्र जोगाउने हो भने कांग्रेस, एमाले र माओवादी तीन दल मिलेर राष्ट्रिय चुनावी सरकार बनाएर अगाडि बढ्नुको विकल्प छैन ।<br />यो विभाजन र गाभ्ने कुराले गम्भीर अवस्था उत्पन्न हुने देखिँदैछ । कांग्रेस र एमाले मात्र होइन, स्वयं मधेसी पनि संशोधनसँग सहमत देखिएका छैनन् । तर प्रचण्ड कन्दनी कसेर यसैमा लागेका छन् । माओवादी पार्टीभित्र पनि यसको विरोध सुरु भइसकेको छ । त्यसो भए प्रचण्ड कसको रणनीतिक योजनामा यता लागेका होलान् ? एकपछि अर्को गर्दै प्रचण्ड पाँचौं भुलको भुलभुलैयामा परिरहेका छन् ।<br /><br /><h3 style="text-align: left;">

<br />पहिलो भूल- गिरिजाप्रसाद कोइराला जसले प्रचण्डलाई हात दिएर लोकतान्त्रिक दुनियाँमा तानेनन् मात्र, उनले प्रचण्डलाई टेको पनि दिएर ०६२/६३ को जनआन्दोलन पार लगाए । गणतन्त्र नेपाल घोषणा भयो । खासमा गणतन्त्र ल्याउने टेको बनेकै हुन्, गिरिजाप्रसाद । तर प्रचण्डले उनलाई गणतन्त्र नेपालको पहिलो राष्ट्रपति बन्न दिएनन्, धोका दिए । गिरिजाप्रसादलाई पहिलो राष्ट्रपति बनाएको भए, नेपाली गणतन्त्र यतिबेलासम्म न बरालिन पाउँथ्यो न त देश र जनताले सकस नै पाउनुपथ्र्यो । बेलैमा गणतन्त्र संस्थागत पनि हुने थियो ।<br /><br />प्रचण्डको यो पहिलो भूल थियो र यसलाई सच्याउन चाहेर पनि अब सकिँदैन । राजनीतिक भूलहरू यस्तै हुन्छन् । जसरी बगेर गएको वस्तुले भँगालो पार गरेपछि फेरि त्यो माथि आउन सक्दैन किनभने त्यसले अर्कै गति र स्वरूप लिइसकेको हुन्छ । त्यसले एक अवस्थितिबाट अर्को रूप लिइसकेको हुन्छ । कुखुराको फुलबाट चल्ला निस्किसकेपछि त्यसलाई जसरी अन्डाभित्र हाल्न सकिँदैन राजनीतिमा पनि राजनीतिज्ञले ख्याल गर्नैपर्ने र चुक्न नहुने यस्तैमा हो ।<br /><br />दोस्रो भूल- प्रचण्डको दोस्रो महाभूल हो, कटवाल प्रकरण । तीन महिना पनि समयावधि बाँकी नरहेको सेना प्रमुख (सेना भनेको राज्यको मेरुदण्ड नै हो) लाई खण्डित गरे प्रचण्डले । सेनालाई व्यावसायिक रूपमा चल्न दिइएन भने त्यसले धेरै कुरालाई अपांग गराउने सामथ्र्य राख्छ । राख्यो पनि ।<br /><br />एक राजनीतिशास्त्रका प्राध्यापकले भने, नेपाली सेना न भारत न त चीनसँग युद्ध लड्न बनाइएको हो । यो त अखण्ड, स्वतन्त्र, सार्वभौम र स्वाधीन नेपाली भूमिको रक्षा र जनताको सुरक्षाको अनुभूति दिने संयन्त्र हो । बर्सेनि अर्बौं रुपैयाँ खर्चेर ब्यारेकमा राखेर व्यावसायिक तालिमदेखि स्कुल, अस्पताल, बाटो खन्नेदेखि पेट्रोलपम्प चलाउनेसम्म, विद्युत् गृह रक्षादेखि टेलिफोनका टावर सुरक्षा गर्नेसमेतको जिम्मेवारीमा सेना परिचालन गरिएको छ । तर यस्तो सेनालाई हठात हस्तक्षेप गरी बच्कनापन देखाए प्रचण्डले । यो उनको दोस्रो महाभूल थियो । यसैको कारण राजीनामा गरेर प्रचण्ड सत्ताच्युत हुन पुगे ।<br /><br />यही घटनामा उनले पाएको सत्ता फर्कनै नसक्ने गरी गुम्यो । त्यही भूलका कारण माओवादी पार्टी फुटेर पाँच टुक्रा भयो । प्रचण्डले प्राप्त गरेको साख भविष्यमा नफर्किने गरी गुम्दै गयो । कद घट्दै गयो । प्रचण्ड यति बाउन्ने बने कि शेरबहादुर देउवाको वैशाखीमा चढेर उनले आफ्नो विगतको उचाइ कायम गरेर अग्लो देखिने उद्योगमा लागे । जबकि यसअघि ओलीको काँधमा बसेकाले टावरिङ बनेका थिए प्रचण्ड । उनले त्यतिबेलै मुख खोलेर गिरिजाप्रसादपछिको सर्वमान्य मै हुँ भन्न पाएका थिए ।<br /><br />तर यो सबै ओलीले काँध थापिदिएको कारण थियो । शेरबहादुरले बूढानीलकण्ठबाट उत्तिसको वैशाखी देखाएका के थिए, प्रचण्ड धेरै अग्लो हुन्छु भनेर त्यतैतिर लहसिए । यसले गर्दा प्रचण्ड पिँध नभएको लोटाको अवस्थामा आइपुगेका छन् । एक व्यंग्य चित्रकारले त कार्टुन नै बनाए, शेरबहादुरले प्रचण्डलाई पगाहा लगाएको !<br />तेस्रो भूल- दोस्रो संविधानसभा चुनावको मतपरिणाम आइनसक्दै प्रचण्डले पेरिसडाँडामा बाबुराम भट्टराईलाई साक्षी राखेर जनअभिमतको धज्जी उडाएर तेस्रो भूल गरे । चुनावमा धाँधली भयो भने । त्यसैले हामीले हार्‌यौं अब चुनाव बहिष्कार गर्छौं भन्दै मतगणनास्थल बहिष्कार गर्ने बौलठी देखाए । यसको कारण जनताबीच प्रचण्डको केही प्रभाव रहेनछ र चुनाव गर्ने हो भने प्रचण्डका उम्मेदवार हार्छन् भन्ने प्रभाव देशव्यापी रूपमा पर्‌यो ।<br /><br />यो राजनेताले गर्नै नहुने गल्ती हो । यस्तो गल्ती गर्ने राजनेताले आफ्नो अस्तित्व मात्र गुमाउँदैन । उप्रति आम जनतामा रहेको सम्मान ह्रास भइ शून्यमा झर्न पुग्छ ।<br /><br />चौथो भूल- प्रचण्डको चौथो भूल केपी ओली सरकारलाई दिएको समर्थन फिर्ता लिनु हो । पुष्पकमल दाहाल 'प्रचण्ड' को पार्टीलाई ओलीले सरकारमा सहभागी मात्र बनाएका थिएनन्, स्वयं प्रचण्डलाई राजनीतिक संयन्त्रको संयोजक पनि बनाएका थिए । सरकार र पार्टीहरूका हरेक निर्णयमा प्रचण्डको सहमति लिएर मात्र अगाडि बढ्ने गरेका पनि थिए । कतिपय सन्दर्भमा त आफूलाई अप्रिय र नाफा–नोक्सानको भाषामा आफ्नै पार्टीलाई नोक्सान पुर्‌याउने निर्णय गरे भनेर ओलीले आफ्नै पार्टीको आलोचना खेप्नुसमेत पर्‌यो । ओलीको शासनकालमा प्रचण्डले कतिसम्म छुट पाएका थिए भने प्रधानमन्त्रीका दलभन्दा उपप्रधानमन्त्रीदेखि आकर्षक मन्त्रालय प्रचण्डकै रोजाइमा परेका थिए ।<br /><br />प्रचण्डले ओली सरकारलाई आफ्नो अविश्वास नजनाउँदासम्म सबैभन्दा धेरै ओलीका सल्लाहकारको रूपमा ओलीसँग समय व्यतीत प्रचण्डले नै गरेका थिए ।<br /><br />कतिपय प्रसंगमा 'एजेन्डा ओलीको, निर्णय प्रचण्डको' भनेर पनि टीकाटिप्पणी हुने गथ्र्यो । भारतीय नाकाबन्दीका बेला यी दुई एक ठाउँमा रहे भने भनिन्थ्यो, मुलुकको स्वाभिमान र राष्ट्रियता अझ बलियो हुन सक्छ र परचक्री तथा आत्मघातीहरूबाट मुलुकलाई जोगाउन सकिन्छ । जस्तै कष्ट पनि सहन जनता तयार छन् भन्ने सञ्चार भएको थियो ।<br /><br />राजनीतिक वृत्तमा त यतिसम्म हल्ला चल्यो कि एमाले र माओवादी एकीकरण गरेर केपी ओलीले प्रचण्डलाई आफ्नो उत्तराधिकारी बनाउँदैछन् भन्ने जनमत वामपन्थी र नेपाली कम्युनिस्ट कित्तामा एउटा तरंग नै सिर्जना भएको थियो । अब प्रगतिशील—वामपन्थीको एउटा पार्टी र अर्को कांग्रेस पार्टीको दुईदलीय धु्रवीकरणमा नेपाल जान लागेको परिदृश्यहरूको प्रक्षेपण विश्लेषक गर्न थालेका थिए । त्यसपछि देशमा भ्यागुताको धार्नी, मुसा प्रवृत्ति र सांसद खरिदबिक्री प्रकरण सदाको लागि अन्त्य हुन्छ भन्ने विश्वास जागृत हुँदै थियो । तर यी सबै सम्भावनालाई प्रचण्डको ओली सरकारबाट माओवादी छुट्टिने निर्णयले जबर्जस्त घात गर्‌यो ।<br />पाँचौं भूल- पाँचौं प्रदेशलाई खण्डित गर्ने प्रचण्डको प्रस्ताव र संविधान संशोधनको नाउँमा मुलुकलाई नै एकत्रित हुन नदिने अभियानमा लागे । एजेन्डाको मतियार पनि बने, हतियार पनि बने ! उनको पछिल्लो कार्यले आपसी किचलोबाट तंग्रिन लागेको देशलाई फेरि थुप्रै असन्तुष्टिको दलदलतिर लैजान खोजेको देखिँदै छ । प्रचण्डको यो महाभूलप्रति उनकै पार्टीका जेन्युइन नेता तथा कार्यकर्ता सहमत छैनन् । उनीहरू प्रचण्डसँग विमति राख्दै प्रस्तुत भइरहेछन्<br /><br />जसको लागि प्रचण्ड पाँचौं प्रदेश टुक्र्याउने कदम उठाए, यसलाई तिनीहरू पनि जो आफूलाई 'लाभग्राही' सम्झन्छन्, यसकार्यमा सहमत छैनन् । कसको रणनीतिक लाभको लागि प्रचण्ड पाँचौं प्रदेशमा मधेस र पहाड छुट्ट्याउँदैछन् ? अब के गर्ने ?<br /><br />नेपालको स्वतन्त्रता, सार्वभौमिकता, भौगोलिक अखण्डता, राष्ट्रिय एकता, स्वाधीनता र स्वाभिमान र संघीय लोकतान्त्रिक गणतन्त्र जोगाउने हो भने कांग्रेस, एमाले र माओवादी तीन दल मिलेर राष्ट्रिय चुनावी सरकार बनाएर अगाडि बढ्नुको विकल्प छैन । ०७२ असोज ३ गत कांग्रेस सभापति सुशील कोइराला, एमालेका अध्यक्ष केपी ओली र माओवादीका अध्यक्ष प्रचण्ड एक भएर नेपालको संबिधान जारी गर्दै देशलाई अस्थिरता, अन्योल र आशंकाको भ्रामरीबाट त्राण दिएर एकता प्रदर्शन गरेका थिए ।<br /><br />अब त्यसैगरी तीनै दल र त्यसका नेताहरू केपी ओली, शेरबहादुर देउवा र प्रचण्ड मिलेर राष्ट्रिय सरकार बनाएर चुनाव घोषणा गर्नुपर्छ र मुलुकलाई चुनावमय बनाउन लाग्नुपर्छ । यसको लागि पहिलो स्थानीय चुनाव, दोस्रो प्रादेशिक र तेस्रो संसदीय चुनावको घोषणा अविलम्ब हुनुपर्छ ।</div>

Most articles about pregnancy in obese women, and even many childbirth providers, assume two things: that being fat interferes with a woman’s ability to give birth vaginally; and that the sky high cesarean rate among women of size is the logical outcome of obesity. Women of size do have very high cesarean rates today. But is this high rate really medically necessary? Or is some of the increase caused by misguided assumptions about obesity and by unneeded interventions and protocols commonly used with women of size? If so, what can a big mom do to lower her personal chances of having a cesarean?Cesareans can be truly necessary and life-saving. But nowadays, more and more women — especially obese women — are having cesareans that are not really needed. This puts them — and their babies — unnecessarily at risk.Women of size can give birth vaginally and safely, but to do so they have to be even more proactive about their childbirth choices than women of average size. CESAREANS ARE MORE RISKY FOR OBESE WOMEN A cesarean is major abdominal surgery and as such poses risks for women of any size. Women who undergo surgical births are more likely than women who have vaginal births to experience severe bleeding, infections, painful scarring, blood clots, bowel obstructions, readmissions to the hospital, and longer-lasting pain.1 In addition, having a cesarean birth increases a woman’s chances of having future reproductive problems, including decreased fertility and an increased rate of placental problems.</div>

I watched Kanchan Regmi’s interview on Suman Sanga, a Kantipur TV Show which brought tears to my eyes. Every word she spoke there lachrymose me. I couldn’t resist myself from crying and I believe everybody who had watched or listened her story might have got the same feeling at least even for once. She said how her husband abandoned her. She also mentioned how she spent here 7 years in the street and her own children just waved bye-bye who rides Tuscon on the same road often she would be laying on the dump of garbage there. So, today the internet became hot today and I’m sure it will continue for few more days until her husband Mohan Regmi speaks something. In this more recent video that has surfaced on social media platforms, a man is seen ruthlessly beating his wife and another man who seems to be her lover with a stick. The five-day Province 1 Extensive Industrial Exhibition is being held from December 7 to 11 to showcase the micro industrial products to mark the 1st Industry Day – 2073 in Itahari.<br />At a press conference held on Thursday in Itahari, organizers said the fair is being held by Federation of Nepal Cottage and Small Industries (FNCSI), Sunsari, Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Sunsari and Itahari, District Micro Entrepreneurs’ Association, Cottage and Small Industries Office, Itahari and Itahari and Dharan sub metropolitan cities among others.<br />The products of the cottage and small industries in the Tarai and hilly districts of Province no 1 will be showcased during the industrial fair.<br />The fair being held at an investment of Rs 1.3 million will display around 70 stalls and expects to draw 20,000 visitors and see an economic transaction of more than Rs 10 million, said FNCSI, Sunsari President, Rajendra Keshari Ghimire.<br /> <div>
